CPT3 Web part showing up but not working

I keep getting the error "This site is not configiured to use Sharepoint Learning Kit. Administrators can use Sharepoint Central Administration to configure Sharepoint Learning Kit"
However I have run thru the setup as instructed a number of times. The URL is correct the webpart is avalable but when I add it to a page I get the above error. Not sure what I am doing wrong here.

Any Ideas?

This happens when the web part can't find SLK database and is usually because the site collection containing the web site isn't configured and doesn't have an associated SLK database.

Can you double check that the web part is on a site or sub-site of the site collection you configured in the SharePoint Learning Kit configuration page? Each site collection must be separately configured and all subsites in a site collection will use the same database.

I deleted the old database and rebuilt it. Everything works perfectly now!
