Can't create assignment

Hi, i'm new in the forum ...

well, when i create the course ... the MOSS have a error and i can't create the course (assignment)

Can help me?

and in the web part ... the learners can view in the column File Submission the value: "Submit File(s)" --> download the course ?? :S
