Active Directory / Sharepoint Group Permissions for SLK Instructor/SLK Students

working senario:
if i apply individual users set to SLK Instructor or SLK student, Working fine. I have tested with more than 10 user set.

Failure Senario:
I have created User groups in Active Directory, I applied User Groups to Sites and subsites.
I modified Site Permission and set Site groups to SLK Instructors, so far no problems.

When i apply e-Learning actions to Shared Document and trying to assign the document to students the following error coming.
You cannot assign to this site because you are not an instructor.

If i add individual users and set permission to enable SLK Instructor, Its working. but we should able to set Group Level SLK Instructor and SLK Student Permissions.

could you please advise further on this problem.

My Implementation:
Sharepoint TeamSite
Landing Page (site 0)
Learner Desk (site1)
-- My Assignmet (site2) (assignmentwebpart for learners)
My Instructor Desk (site3)
-- My assignment (site4)(assignmentwebpart for learner)
Department Zone (site 5)
-- Department 1 (Site 6)
-- Group 1 (site 7)
Document Library 1
-- Group 2 (site 8)
Document Library 2
-- Department 2 (site 9)
-- Department 3 (site 10)
-- Department 4 (site 11)

Active Directory

User Groups
All Learners
All Instructors
Department1 Instructors
Department1 Learners
Department Group 1 Learners - Learner1, Learner2
Department Group 2 Learners - Learner1, Learner3, Learner4
Department Group 1 Instructors - Instructor1
Department Group 2 Instructors - Instructor2

Sharepoint Groups
Each Site has got individual Site Groups and assigned Active Directory Groups.

What i am doing in Sharepoint Site Permissions ?
Login to Department Group1 (Site7) as Administrator
Click on people and Groups --> click on Site Permissions --> click on "Department Group 1 Members" (sps user group) --> modified permissions to
Contribute, SLK Instructor.
click on "Department Group 1 Visitors" (sps user group) --> modified permissions to
Read, SLK Learner.

What i am trying to do?
I created Document Library under Departmetn Group 1 by Instructor1 and Department group 2 by Instructor2
Uploaded into both locations.

Login as Instructor1
-->go to document library
-->click on --> eLearning Actions --> click on Department Group 1 (Current Site)
the following error message coming..
You cannot assign to this site because you are not an instructor.

Please suggest me where i am making mistake or group permission feature not available in this version.

Looking forward to hear

In CTP3, there is no support for allowing AD grups to be instructors or learners. This support is coming in Beta 1.

In your testing have you found it better to setup class groups in AD rather than Sharepoint?
