Trouble building latest drop

Hello all,

We build the new drop last night using VS 2005. I uninstalled VS 2005 and installed VS 2008 last night. I am now having problems building the solution. I have seen this error before in past discussions but could not find a clear resolution. I am hoping that others may have run across this and might have a simple solution.

The source code is now built for Visual Studio 2008. Unfortunately, there are minor changes to the formats of SLN, CSPROJ, and RESX files between 2005 and 2008 which make it so you cannot load a 2008 project in 2005.

Thanks Jay.

My post was a little off in that we were not able to build in 2005. I was working with a partner and made an incorrect assumption. I have since figured out that the problem was a configuration issue. One thing I did was to move the build into c:\dev\slk from another directory I was trying to build in. The other thing I did was update SharePoint Services 3.0. One of these changes fixed the issue.
