Versioning and SLK assignments

I have a questing regarding versioning and SLK assignments.
If I have an SLK assigment that is assigned to a user and an assignment( say a .docx ), and I later update this docx file for this assignment, will the SLK assignment refer to the new version, or the version it allways has refered to? If the latter, is it possible to let SLK refer to the newest version of documents instead?

AFAIK SLK uses the version for which you started the assignment. Makes sense because otherwise you'll get some weird scoring with SCORM content.

Nevertheless: Does anybody know how to reset or delete already started assigments for all users (e.g. if the old version is out of date and should not be started anymore)?
