We're using SLK 1.5 on Sharepoint 2007 and running into an issue with the SLKFrameset link Submit Assignment. The lessons are created with SCORM version 1.2 packaging Captivate lessons.
For some users the error is bypassed and the user is sent to the "Submit This Assignment" confirmation screen. Looking in the history you find "Error - The assignment cannot be displayed. Try refreshing your browser." but it didn't
affect the user. The number of instances of the error varies but for these users it always refreshes until they reach "Submit This Assignment."
For other users, they are stuck on the error screen "Error - The assignment cannot be displayed. Try refreshing your browser." and can't get the Submit This Assignment confirmation screen unless they go back in history and try repeatedly.
Again the number of instances of the error varies but for these users they never reach "Submit This Assignment." They can manually walk back in the history 2-4 pages and try again and those attempts generally produce the "Submit This Assignment"
Looking at the link in the left menu it is pointing not to _layouts/SharepointLearningKit/Frameset/Frameset.aspx but to _layouts/SharepointLearningKit/Frameset/
"Submit This Assignment" is definitely part of Frameset.aspx along with the appropriate variables as is the Error...
There doesn't appear to be any consistency in browsers or browser versions to who sees the error and who bypasses it. We're trying to identify if there are browser options that allow the users to bypass the error but haven't identified anything yet.
Anyone have any ideas about this? I haven't found anything in the discussions to suggest others have run into it but perhaps someone has and figured out a solution they can share.
