Solitaire Assignment Content not rendering

Hello, we have just installed the SLK and have set up a test student and instructor. The instructor assigns the sample content "solitaire.zip", but when the student logs in the page won't load. The navigation tree on the left loads but nothing else. There are no SQL Errors and the Application log doesn't show anything. Has anyone else come across this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

I haven't heard of this happening before. I assume you installed the Beta and are running in IE6 or IE7? Do you have any other e-learning content that you can try?

We are running under IE6, we also tried posting a powerpoint document with the same results.

What happens in the content frame? Does it say "Loading" or is there an error of some sort, or is it just blank?

Is there anything special about the student user's authentication? Are you using AD auth?

There is nothing unique about the student login. We are using integrated authentication (AD).

We have had success getting the content to display when logged in to the actual server using the browser, everything seems to work fine.

From any client machine, however, the frame says "Please wait..." and hangs indefinitely while trying to load. We think the problem has something to do with the fact that the browser also moves from "Local Intranet" to "Unknown Zone", although the main URL is still within "Trusted Content".

In IE6 by default “User HTTP 1.1 through proxy connection” checkbox is not checked whereas in IE7 it is checked
(In InternetExplorer, go to "Tools --> Internet Options..." and click "Advanced" tab)
Selecting “User HTTP 1.1 through proxy connection” checkbox resolves this issue.
