Problem setting up BasicWebPlayer

I've downloaded the sourcecode zip file and I'm trying to set up and configure the BasicWebPlayer following the ReadMe.txt instructions. The file "Init.bat", as is, tries to copy dlls from a ../../Debug directory which does not exist. Do I need to do anything else before I run the batch file? I've also looked for the dlls in the file structure and the only one that exists anywhere in the file structure is: Microsoft.LearningComponents.Compression.dll

Thanks

The source code package has only code and needs to be built to generate the SLK dlls that the BasicWebPlayer sample uses. Check out the following blog on building the source, http://blogs.msdn.com/slk/archive/2006/10/04/Sharepoint-Learning-Kit2C00-now-with-Easy-Build2221.aspx.

However, if you are looking to only setup and run the BasicWebPlayer, a better place to start from will be the SDK package which comes with the dlls.
