Hello, thank you for reading this in advance.

We have been having some issue where a course that we published to the slk ( the slk has been running fine, and we have many other courses without this error ) has been producing the following error:

CMI.Suspend_data element. The data was not updated.

The people who created the module for us had this to say:

OK - were you able to find out if your LMS enforces suspend data limits?

If so it seems that the list below are our options.

If your LMS enforces suspend data limits and you find that your quiz or presentation is exceeding the threshold, you can work around the issue in one of the following ways:

  1. Disable the resume feature in the quiz and / or presentation.
  2. Reduce the number of questions in your quiz or the number of slides in your presentation until the resume feature works as expected. The limit will vary depending on a variety of factors. We suggest that you test your content in your LMS to verify.

Republish your quiz or presentation for SCORM 2004 3rd Edition, which supports much longer suspend data

So not knowing if this is the case, and if this is possible to turn on or off, I wanted to post here and see if there was any sage advice.

Thanks again !
