Error Windows PowerShell

greetings. Anyone know why this error?

YOu need to run the add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Sharepoint.Powershell cmdlet

Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.SharePoint.PowerShell already added


i get  this.

Well, the only way to solve this problem was re-installed and adding sharepoint SLK again.
