error when assigning assignment

I now have the SLK working but get a error when I want to assign the sample .zip file.

SharePoint Learning Kit Error

System.Transactions.TransactionManagerCommunicationException: Communication with the underlying transaction manager has failed. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80004005): Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

Olaf, are you running on 64-bit Windows? Also, can you tell me what your configuration is? (i.e. are you running a farm, and if so, what's the topology)?
