Unable to display users in Learner group

I'm not able to display my users in the learner group if I add an AD-Group with a lot of users (10.000)). Adding smaller groups ( 35 -500) no problem. I'm using SLK on a VMware. I got no errors in any event logs. It simple not working. I have read some time issues (5min timeout) Where can I find more information and where I can change this parameter. Are there any sources where logging information is stored, in order to check if there are some timing problem? (maybe because I'm using virtuell enviroment).

Thanks in advance for help
Kind regards

Hi Simones,

What group are you trying to use. Is it Domain Users? Looking at the code Domain Users isn't going to get its users listed because it's not unrolled correctly.

Hi Richard,

No it is a AD Group called SW-Everyone (There are almost all authenticated user in it, the customer uses it for SW destribution, nevertheless he puts the all his users in it f.e. domainname\username).
As described, if I use another group (f.e IT-Developper, which is much more smaller) I can see in the assignment part all users which are in that group.

Thanks for your help and kind regards

Are any of the users in that group displayed?

Hi Richard,

in that group SW-Everyone which is a AD group with alomst 10.000 User --> NO . There are no users displayed.
In other AD groups like  for example IT Developpers with only 30 to 200 users (example)  all users are displayed.
There are no differences between these two AD groups (both are global security groups)  beside the amount of users.

Thanks for help and kind regards
