When concurrent users are accessing a deployed SCROM content in SLK, the SharePoint server logs the below errors one at different times. The course is not launching.

Please help if somebody knows the cause for the below error and the solution if any.

What version of SLK are you using? I have done some work about optimising the cache recently, but can't remember if that went into 1.7 or 1.8.

The second error is because the SCORM package is invalid. It must have an imsmanifest.xml file in.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for your reply.

We are using SLK 1.5 version. We did not upgrade it for the past 2 years. It will be great if you can let us know what kind of optimizing you did to overcome such issue.

Regarding the second error, the imsmanifest.xml file is available in the SCROM package. During high concurrent access, we feel this error occurs. Please throw some light on this.
