How to prevent coursewares from being downloaded

If learners click directly a document link, they can download the document. This may be a problem, because learners can download scorm-compliant tests, and read them using other scorm players before they do it online. Is there a way to disable the links while keeping the context menus, or redirect the link to the 'e-learning actions'?

Put the documents in a document library or site the learners don't have access to. The learners do not need to have permissions to read the source document, SLK manages all that.

Hi, richardwillis,

Thank you for your response.

I tried your method, but if learners don't have the access to a document, they cannot see it, then how can they assign it to themselves for self-learning?

Don't know if it is the best solution. I used the summary link web part to show the links for self-learning.

To get the URL i did the following:
Go to the document library and press the link on the E-learning Actions to go to the document. Now copy the URL and use that in the summary link web part.
