If Chinese language pack set to  enabled, when Create an Assignment , the  operation is failed. This is because in the event log shows this feature is not enabled.

System.Exception: SharePoint Learning Kit feature 可能没有在这个站点上被激活。(SharePoint Learning Kit feature might not be activated on the site)
   在(ON) Microsoft.SharePointLearningKit.DropBoxManager.<>c__DisplayClass1.<CreateAssignmentFolderForCourseManagerInstructor>b__0()
   在 Microsoft.SharePoint.SPSecurity.CodeToRunElevatedWrapper(Object state)
   在 Microsoft.SharePoint.SPSecurity.<>c__DisplayClass4.<RunWithElevatedPrivileges>b__2()
   在 Microsoft.SharePoint.Utilities.SecurityContext.RunAsProcess(CodeToRunElevated secureCode)
   在 Microsoft.SharePoint.SPSecurity.RunWithElevatedPrivileges(WaitCallback secureCode, Object param)

   在 Microsoft.SharePointLearningKit.ApplicationPages.Grading.OnPreRender(EventArgs e)

but when i disable the chinese language package, then opration is going well.  In fact,  the SharePoint Learning Kit feature is always effective.

I think may be some files or config is Associated with english(1033 foler), but can not found in chinese(2052 folder).

The original code for 1.4 had different ways of finding the assignment folder depending on where you were in the application. Basically unless you used US date format it was broken.

The latest version in the downloads tab should solve this problem.
